Also not sure if this is related to how the memes are coded ie. the < font color html > or the ( ) code, but for the latter:

color: rgb(17, 17, 17) in the code shows up as black, no matter what edits are made in the rich text editor.

Removing the color code so it reads color: rgb() has fixed it.
