This is something that has come up before, when there were periods of the TFLN meme being posted exactly at, or around midnight and noon, comm time.

While posters can be asked to vary the posting times, they are under no obligation to do so, so long as the alternating post times are followed.

This is likely not what you wanted to hear, but 12:00 on the dot is the split. If someone wants to post TFLN like a racehorse chomping at the bit, they can.

i remember the initial bitching about the gutties account that was posting at 12/12 on the dot every am/pm and they finally stopped doing it and if it happens again, who really cares? it's am/pm. on the dot doesn't matter as long as it's following the rules.
