Can you please think about putting up a note regarding having no info in the top post or starter comment?
Let me start by saying I do not mind blank top comments, but... If you leave it blank and have no starter, no preferences (either in the post or in the journal), or any kind of statement about who owns said character journal... These are especially true if OTA is in the subject line...
Then you have no right to bitch about anything when it comes to who tags you, what character, you dislike cartoon/rl/game/whatever icons, what the prompt selection is, if the character is AU/OC/etc, or in the case of massive muse dumps, someone tagging multiple of said characters.
I have already chewed out the person that was mad at me for tagging them and deleted my comment, so I will leave it be if they will, but it's not the first time I have encountered this. (Nor the first time I have heard it complained about.)
I seriously can not believe I have to ask you guys about possibly having to say something about this, when it should be common sense. >_< People are not mind readers, do not expect them to know what you want or who you are if you do not want them to tag you.
