Can you make meme posters only use the subject line for their posts with the title + have the title below images (for example the voice testing meme never has the title below the image so people don't notice what it is). No one will miss the cute sayings and quotes or whatever some people put in.

no. i admit it's semi annoying, but if you want it organized a certain way, post it yourself. if they want to be vague and risk people scrolling past, that's their shit. if people want to be cute, then they can be cute and you can either play in it or not. it has zero bearing on the meme itself as long as they're following the rest of the rules re: warning for content/gifs/cuts.

this feels micromanagy in a way that it doesn't need to be. stupid titles don't detract from the meme and it's just a way to suck fun out of things if too many rules are put in place just for the sake of rules. the meme round up goes up and there's no reason people can't scroll and look through memes manually. shoving more rules at meme posters for the sake of uniformity and rules themselves isn't necessary.
